General terms and conditions

The Terms of Sale apply to the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods between the customers of the Idakorea.ee online store (hereinafter the Customer) and Nova8 OÜ (hereinafter Idakorea.ee).

When registering as a user of Idakorea.ee and/or purchasing products, the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the rights and obligations arising from the legislation of the Republic of Estonia shall apply.

Idakorea.ee reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of sale and the sale prices. These changes will be reflected on the Idakorea.ee website.

Entry into force of the sales contract

Idakorea.ee sells and the Customer buys the products offered in the e-shop.

The sales contract between Idakorea.ee and the Customer enters into force upon receipt of the amount due according to the order confirmation to the Nova8 OÜ bank account.

By placing an order and making a payment in the Idakorea.ee online shop, the Customer confirms that he/she has read and agrees to the terms and conditions of sale.

Prices

All prices in the Idakorea.ee online shop are in Euro.

Idakorea.ee reserves the right to adjust prices. If the Customer submits an order before the price changes take effect, the price that was reflected on the invoice at the time the order was placed will apply. The Customer is not entitled to claim compensation for the price difference.

Placing the order and paying for the goods

When paying for the order, the Customer can choose the payment method that suits them. The Customer pays 100% of the order amount to confirm the order.

The sales contract is deemed to have been concluded and the order will be executed as soon as the Customer has paid the 100% order confirmation fee.

Delivery

After the sales contract has entered into force (payment of the invoice by the Customer), Idakorea.ee will bundle the order and hand it over to our logistics partners for delivery.

The delivery deadlines indicated on the Idakorea.ee website are valid from the moment of payment of the invoice.

The Client is obliged to inform Idakorea.ee of any change in the destination or the agreed time immediately before the delivery of the goods.

The accuracy and correctness of the information provided in the order is crucial for avoiding delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of the goods. Idakorea.ee shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the Products and any misunderstandings that may arise if the delay or misunderstanding is due to the inaccuracy of the information provided by the Customer when placing the order.

Right of return

According to section 56(1) of the LOA, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer, unless the reason for returning the goods is non-conformity with the order or defective goods.

In order to return the goods, a free-form return request must be submitted to info@idakorea.ee within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The return request must include the name of the Customer, the name of the product and the invoice or order number.

The Customer will be refunded the money for the returned goods immediately, but not later than 14 days after the receipt of the withdrawal. In addition to the cost of the returned goods, the delivery costs will also be refunded.

Complaints procedure

According to the Law of Obligations Act, the Customer has the right to lodge a claim for non-conformity with the contractual terms of the product within 2 years from the date of receipt of the goods, of which the first 6 months, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of purchase and the nature of the defect must be determined by the seller.

In the event of a defect in the product, the Customer undertakes to notify Idakorea.ee of the problem by e-mail to info@idakorea.ee and to provide the following information: name, contact details and the product defect. The corresponding statement must be sent no later than 2 months after the defect was discovered.

Idakorea.ee is not responsible:

• for damage to the product caused by the customer's fault or negligence.
• Defects resulting from improper use of the product.
• For natural physical wear and tear of the product under normal use.

Liability and force majeure

Idakorea.ee shall be liable to the Client and the Client shall be liable to Idakorea.ee for the damage caused to the other party by the breach of these Terms and Conditions in the cases and to the extent provided by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

Idakorea.ee shall not be liable for any damage caused to the Customer or for any delay in the delivery of the product, if the damage or delay in the delivery of the product is due to a circumstance that Loverte.com could not have foreseen.

Privacy policy

By using the Idakorea.ee website, the Client gives his/her explicit and informed consent to Idakorea.ee to process his/her personal data.

Idakorea.ee will use the information provided by the Customer only for the purpose of fulfilling the Customer's purchase order and will not disclose it to any third parties.

Other conditions

Any disagreement or dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by the parties, in particular by negotiation. In the event that disputes arising from the Contract cannot be settled by negotiation between the parties, the Customer shall have the right to seek redress before the Consumer Protection Board or the Court. Idakorea.ee shall have the right to take legal action to defend its rights.
