Right of return

Goods purchased from the Idakorea.ee online store are subject to the warranty and return policy provided for in the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

The goods purchased are subject to a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt.

Returning the product:

• The customer must notify his/her wish to return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods by writing to info@idakorea.ee.
• Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
• The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer, unless the reason for returning the goods is non-conformity with the order or defective goods.
• The Customer will be refunded the money for the returned goods immediately, but not later than 14 days after the receipt of the withdrawal. In addition to the cost of the returned goods, the delivery costs will also be refunded.
• Cosmetics and perfumes in open packaging are not returnable. Products that cannot be checked for use (or non-use) are also non-returnable. For example, mascara, which has a relatively short shelf-life and is directly linked to the time of opening.
• The customer may refer the matter to the Consumer Complaints Committee of the Consumer Protection Board, which is competent to settle disputes arising from a contract if the value of the goods in dispute exceeds €20 (the examination of the complaint by the Committee is free of charge).
