How to use

• Suggested time of use: 5-10 minutes per session.
• Recommended frequency: 1-3 times a day, suitable for daily use.
• To switch on the device: press and hold the power button.
• Select intensity level: press the power button briefly once to select the level (1 to 5).
• To change the LED colour: press the power button twice in a row (default LED is red).
