    10 steps to take care of yourself, following the example of Korean women:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Make-up removal<\/strong> with hydrophilic oil or sherbet. Sherbet is a solid hydrophilic oil. Hydrophilic oil effectively removes make-up, dirt, bruises and excess oil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Cleaning the face<\/strong> with foam, gel or foam cleaner. Choosing the right product prevents damage to the skin's lipid barrier, inflammation and rashes. The cleanser should have a pH of around 5.5, should not dry the skin and should provide a feeling of cleanliness and hydration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Peeling<\/strong> 2-3 times a week. Use cleansing pads, soft exfoliators, exfoliating gels, enzyme powders, acids and masks. This step removes dead skin cells, cleanses out pores and excess oil, preparing the skin for subsequent care products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Toner<\/strong> - an important irrigation step. On hot days, moisturising sprays can be used for additional irrigation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Face mask<\/strong> - choose a mask according to its active ingredients, whether it's a fabric or hydrogel mask. This step can be optional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Serum\/ampoule\/essents<\/strong> - A key product for Korean maintenance. Use peptides, collagen, antioxidants, vitamin C, retinol to fight the signs of ageing. To reduce pigmentation and acne - niacinamide, glutathione, vitamin C, retinol, AHA acids. BHA acids help with inflammation and breakouts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Emulsion<\/strong> - a light product with a consistency between cream and serum. This step can be skipped.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Eye cream<\/strong> - the eye area needs special care. Two products are often used: a serum and a cream.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    9. Face cream\/oily mask<\/strong> - this step \"seals in\" all the previously applied active ingredients and retains moisture in the skin. Night masks, which are more concentrated, act like serums.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    10. Sunscreen<\/strong> - daily use of sunscreen is essential. Pay attention to the SPF and PA values to protect your skin from UVA and UVB rays, which can damage your skin even on cloudy days and through glass.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
