Lip and eye makeup remover based on rice extract.
The product has two layers: the top layer is a milky emulsion, the bottom layer is a transparent, watery one. It protects the skin of the eyes and lips from drying out and gently removes makeup without irritation.
Usage:
Shake the product before use. Apply to a cotton pad and gently remove dirt and makeup from the eye and lip area.
